PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!
The Basics
Please book your session at least two weeks ahead of your desired date.
All clients are required to make a $40 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to secure their appointment. The remainder of the cost will be due on the date of the session, at the close of the session. This payment can be made by cash, Zelle, or Apple Pay. The deposit for the session is non-refundable.
Creative direction/Concept, location, etc. must be prepared and discussed prior to shooting.
All discrepancies in regards to photos (Edits, etc.) MUST be addressed within a 48 hour time span, otherwise your request will be ignored.
Failure to cancel prior to 48 hours before the session, client forfeits their session retainer paid to book the session. However, the fee can be credited towards a future session if the client reschedules the appointment by calling 72 hours prior to the date of session and re-booking at an agreeable date and time.
Clients are not eligible to obtain refunds after services are rendered.
If client fails to show up 30 minutes after their scheduled appointment, client is subjected to a $45 late fee and will forfeit their shoot for that day.
Additional retouched images outside of your package are $30 per image.
Traveling Fees
If you are aiming to have your photoshoot or video shoot outside the city of Nashville, TN then an additional travel fee will be added to your package total. The travel fee is 40¢/mile from Nashville to the city you’re looking to shoot in. For example, if you were looking to shoot in Atlanta - which is approx. 249 miles from Charlotte - your travel fee would be an additional $100 to your total.
For Out of State appointments, client is responsible for gas/flight and hotel fees as well as my service fee, unless discussed with photographer prior to confirming appointment.
